All items on our website can be purchased online by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button located on every product page. This will then display your shopping basket of items you wish to purchase, to view your shopping basket at any time, click on the "Shopping Basket" button located at the top of the screen. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Orders from BFPO will have the VAT deducted providing the BFPO number is based outside of the EU and the destination is quoted in the comments section of the order. All other orders from outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted manually prior to payment.
All orders processed online are protected by secure 128bit encryption to safe guard against card fraud. If you are not at ease with sending us your card details online, then please call us on +44 (0)1239 683 175 (Call charged at normal national rate), and we will be happy to take your order.
All online orders will be confirmed by email.
All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday - Friday will be processed and posted the same day, however, please phone if you require immediate delivery when ordering after this time and we shall try our best to dispatch the same day.
For products ordered that are out of stock we shall contact you of an expected delivery time.

£20.00 - £39.99 = £3.99
£40.00 - £54.99 = £4.99
£55.00 and above = £7.99
The £7.99 service is a 1-2 day delivery - usually by Royal Mail
Special Delivery or Courier and is subject to stock availability. If
you are unsure please phone or email to check stock.
Note: Carriage prices are a guide only as sometimes price will vary due to the weight of product.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Orders to the value of £54.99 carriage is as per UK mainland.
over £55.00 and up to 2KG shipping weight wil be dispatched by Royal
Mail Special Delivery for £7.99.
Heavier items up to 4kg
shipping weight will be sent by Parcel Force 2-3 day service for £7.99.
over 4kg shipping weight - we will advise you of the cost prior to
processing the order for your approval.
Rest of the world
Due to the variations of carriage for overseas delivery, it is impossible for us to have a standard delivery charge. Please select the overseas shipping option and we will email you a quotation for shipping which if approved we can adjust the payment when we confirm shipping with the card processing company. If the shipping rate is £7.99 or below we will just proceed with the order without contacting you.
Methods of PaymentAll orders must be paid for using either a Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Solo card, clearly stating the card owners name, card number and expiry date, Maestro and Solo card payments may also require the issue date and issue number of the card if applicable.

When emailing us with a complaint please give as much information as possible about your problem.
We promise that any complaints raised will be handled fairly and in complete confidence within a five working day period.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• Credit/debit card details (These details are neither ever held or seen directly by us, but by our secure payment processor Protx.)

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We offer a 7 day 'No quibble' money back guarantee, however the following terms do apply.
• We must either receive or have notice of the goods being returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned goods must be in perfect condition and original packaging. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned.
• You are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit.
• Postage and wrapping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of an error made by or if the product was faulty.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Any item being returned after our 7 day 'No quibble' guarantee may be rejected or incurr a 20% restocking charge.

Card Fraud Policy
All online card transactions are subject to stringent security checks.
Subject to stock availability, goods will be dispatched by the chosen method of delivery immediately after payment/card clearance. Please note this clearance check can take up to six hours from time of contact with the authorisation company, and so can result in 24 hour deliveries missing their dispatch deadline of 2:30pm, which shall then be dispatched the following working day.
Our Security Requirements
• All card numbers shall be put under a Code 10 address check, so please remember to list the cards full billing address with the matching card number.
• All orders outside of the UK mainland or orders wishing to be shipped to an address different to that of the billing address must be accompanied with a faxed signature and a faxed photocopy of both sides of the card used to pay for the order (from a photocopy is fine).
• If we need to contact you by phone for whatever reason and cannot do so, the order shall be held until contact has been made.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
You may return any electrical items to us at your expense on a like for like basis. The alternative is to take them to your local recycling centre – see link below for details of your local centre.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
